How it works:

  • We send you an online questionnaire to understand your brand, your product and your vision. You provide your brand colours, logo files, and fonts (if you have a brand guideline, send us that too).
  • We draft the website within 7 days.
  • We send it to you for review along with a comprehensive quality-check form for you to share feedback.
  • We repeat the draft/review process two more times (any further draft/reviews will incur an additional cost of $275 incl. GST).
  • Once you sign off on your website, we help you configure your zone records and name servers.

 

Payment Options:

  • Lay-by ($110 a month): Your website goes live in 7 days (if the first draft is sufficient), we transfer ownership after the balance is paid.
  • Full payment: Your website goes live in 7 days, ownership is yours from day 1.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Website ownership is only transferred when the balance is paid.

Our Core Principles

We are committed to acting in good faith and delivering the high-quality, professional work we promise.

We will always work with you to rectify any "minor failures," as defined by the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund for a "major failure" as defined by the law.

Initial Payments are Non-Refundable

All initial deposits and first payments are non-refundable. This payment secures your spot in our schedule and covers our initial administrative, discovery, and strategic work, which begins immediately.

We Don't Offer Refunds for "Change of Mind"

We are a creative company, and our "product" is our time and expertise. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the project's direction, have a subjective change in creative taste, or no longer wish to proceed for reasons unrelated to our performance.

We Need You to Participate

We cannot complete your project without your timely feedback and content (like images or text). If a project is stalled for 30 consecutive days because we are waiting on you, we will consider the project "abandoned" and all payments made will be retained by us.

What Happens if You Cancel Mid-Project?

We invest significant time and resources into every stage of a project. Our refund policy for a "change of mind" cancellation is based on these milestones:

Before we send the first draft: We will retain 25% of the total project fee.

After we send the first draft: We will retain 75% of the total project fee.

After you give final approval: The project is 100% complete, and no refunds will be issued.

We Are Not Lawyers or Accountants

As part of our service, we may provide templates for documents like Privacy Policies or Terms & Conditions. These are templates only and are not a substitute for legal advice. You are solely responsible for having a qualified solicitor review all legal documents for your business.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are a professional company, and we believe in transparency. This summary explains our delivery policy in simple terms.

For Digital Services (e.g., Brand Launch Package): These are not instant downloads. Your project will be delivered digitally (e.g., via email or cloud storage) according to the timeline in your specific proposal.

For Instant Digital Products (e.g., DIY Toolkits): These are delivered instantly via an email link. You are responsible for providing a correct, working email address.

For Physical Products (e.g., Branded Merch): We will only ship your order after we have received full payment.

Our Responsibility: We use third-party carriers (like Australia Post). We are legally responsible for the product until it is delivered to your address.

Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, you must email us photos of the damage within 48 hours so we can manage the claim.

Your Responsibility: If you provide an incorrect address, you will be charged for re-delivery. If you give "Authority to Leave" (ATL) and the package is stolen, that risk is on you.
