Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated on 17 September 2026.
Nehora Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 16 665 317 233), trading as Nehora, is committed to making our website and services accessible to everyone, including people with disability. We want every visitor to be able to find information, understand our services and contact us with ease.
What web accessibility is
An accessible website lets people with disability browse, read and interact with it with the same, or a similar, level of ease as everyone else. This includes people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, screen magnification or captions, as well as people with vision, hearing, mobility or cognitive conditions.
In Australia, the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) supports equal access to information and services, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) are the recognised standard for accessible websites.
Accessibility adjustments on this site
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We review the site regularly and work to:
-
Use a clear, consistent heading structure so pages are easy to navigate with assistive technology.
-
Use colours and text sizes with readable contrast, including minimum text sizes on mobile devices.
-
Write in plain English wherever possible.
-
Describe meaningful images with alternative text.
-
Keep the site usable with a keyboard and across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
-
Use the Wix accessibility tools to find and fix potential issues.
Third-party content
Some content on our site is provided by third parties, including the Wix website platform, embedded videos, our live chat tool and client review widgets. We do not control the accessibility of this content, so it may not fully meet our standards. If you have trouble using any of it, please contact us and we will provide the information another way.
Accessibility arrangements for our services
Nehora does not have a public shopfront or office. Client meetings are held at a location that suits the client, online, or at The Commons coworking space, Suite 23/Mezzanine, 39 Martin Place, Sydney NSW 2000, which we book as needed.
If you need an adjustment, let us know when you get in touch and we can:
-
Provide proposals, contracts and other documents in other formats, such as Word, large print or plain text.
-
Meet by video call or phone instead of in person.
-
Choose a meeting venue that is wheelchair accessible.
-
Allow extra time, explain things in plain English and send you a written summary after each meeting.
