Terms & Conditions

About these terms

Last updated: 17 September 2026.

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of this website and to all services provided by Nehora Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 16 665 317 233), trading as Nehora, Nonogram and 33rd Frame ("Nehora", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website, accepting a proposal or paying an invoice, you ("you" or "the client") agree to these terms. If a signed services agreement exists between us, that agreement takes priority where it differs from these terms.

Nehora provides corporate administration, business setup, operational, marketing and digital services. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, registered tax agent or financial services licensee, and nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice. Document drafts we supply are non-tailored templates, and you should have them reviewed by a qualified professional before relying on them.

Services, fees and payment

Quotes and scope

Our services, inclusions and fees are set out in your proposal, quote or package description. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before it starts.

Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, 50% of the fee is payable upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% is payable on completion and before final deliverables are released. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Government and statutory fees, such as ASIC registration fees, are passed on at cost, are payable in addition to our fees and are paid to the relevant authority on your behalf. Any alternative payment arrangement is only available at our discretion and with prior written approval from Nehora management.

Late payment

Invoices are due by the date shown on the invoice. If payment is overdue, we may pause or suspend work, withhold deliverables and charge reasonable recovery costs until the account is paid in full.

Refunds and cancellations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, all fees paid are non-refundable, including where you change your mind, cancel the engagement or no longer require the services. Deposits are non-refundable once work has been scheduled or has started. Government and statutory fees are non-refundable once lodged.

If you cancel an engagement, any fees for work completed up to the date of cancellation remain payable. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.

Responsibilities, liability and general terms

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information, approvals and access that we need to deliver the services. Delays caused by missing information or late approvals may affect timeframes and are not our responsibility. You remain responsible for your own business decisions, legal obligations, tax lodgements and compliance.

Intellectual property

We keep ownership of our templates, methods, systems and pre-existing materials. Once you have paid in full, you receive the rights to the final deliverables created specifically for you, as set out in your proposal or agreement. We may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the services the claim relates to.

Third-party services

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Xero, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Wix, Docusign, Meta and government portals. We are not responsible for the availability, changes, fees or performance of those platforms.

Website use

Content on this website is general information only and may change without notice. You must not copy, reproduce or misuse our website content without our written permission.

Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may end an engagement by written notice if fees are unpaid, if you breach these terms, or if the working relationship is no longer viable. Fees for work completed up to that date remain payable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be on this page. If you have questions, please email management@nehora.com.au.
